Is there anything like this about legal issues involved with having you home repoed in this economy and what the laws are concerning this whole process?

I am not aware of such a seminar. The posted seminar will be geared toward businesses and not individuals. It is a good idea, but I’m not aware of any seminar like this geared toward individuals.
I encourage you to contact the Dayton Bar Association at 937-222-7902 and ask them if they know of a seminar like the one you suggest. If someone you know needs representation regarding the repo, then the DBA can direct you to the Volunteer Lawyers Project, or provide you with phone numbers. Good luck! -Kate
